BrainChip Announces the Appointment of Julie H. Stein to the Board of Directors 15.11.2016
ALISO VIEJO, CA — (Marketwired) — 11/15/16 — BrainChip Holdings Ltd (ASX: BRN) (“BrainChip” or “the Company”), a leading developer of software and hardware accelerated solutions for Advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applications, today announced the appointment of Julie H. Stein to the Company’s Board of Directors. Ms. Stein will serve as a Non-Executive Director and chair the Company’s Audit Committee.

Ms. Stein began her career at Goldman Sachs in 1981. Subsequently, she joined the investment banking firm of Salomon Brothers. She co-founded SKS Investments in 1992 and successfully executed a series of joint ventures with major global institutional investors. Over the course of her career, Ms. Stein has been involved in the underwriting, negotiating, structuring and/or placement of financial transactions aggregating over $10 billion. She holds a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. She is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Leadership Fellow and holds a Certificate from Stanford University Directors’ College.
Neil Rinaldi, Non-Executive Director, has stepped down from the board effective November 14, 2016. BrainChip would like to thank Mr. Rinaldi for his hard work and dedication to the Company and his considerable contribution over the past three and a half years.
