BrainChip Holdings Ltd. (ASX: BRN) (“BrainChip” or “the Company“), a leading developer of software and hardware accelerated solutions for Advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applications, is pleased to announce pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2, that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting were passed.

In accordance with section 251AA(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the following is provided in relation to the Resolutions considered by the Company’s shareholders.

The Company received proxies from 170 shareholders representing approximately 24% of the Company’s issued capital who had directed their voting preferences as follows: resolution.
